Yes, all electronic products purchased from Gamera include a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects and hardware malfunctions.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For electronics, items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. A small restocking fee may apply if the factory seal is broken.

Are your products brand new or refurbished?
Gamera primarily sells brand new, factory-sealed electronics. If a product is 'Certified Refurbished,' it will be clearly labeled on the product page and undergo a rigorous 50-point inspection.
