Initiate Your Request
Log into your Gamera account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
